We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. As many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur and are part of the character of the item.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.
4. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including if a product is unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be
issued.
5. Payment
Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment details.
6. Shipping
Some items are made to order, so please allow up to 30 days for your order to be dispatched.
We will aim to send your order as soon as possible and will keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them within a further 14 days, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery, including photographs where appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a repair, replacement or refund where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, designs, text and other content on this website are the property of Sahra Hersi and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Our liability in relation to any order shall be limited to the amount paid for the goods purchased.
